a pound a day keeps the doctor away!!

Getting back on track.
Relevant article from one of my favorite blogs (why, yes, I stopped eating only 1600 calories a day...)
Lift Big Eat Big: Do You Really Need 48-72hrs Between Workouts?
Down 2-4lbs depending on food in my stomach. Bought new running shoes today and ran a 9.40 mile. I havent been able to run a mile without shin splints in a long time. Amazing what the right shoes can do. Went to an actual running sports store and they helped so much.
Hmmm my BMI is 27.9, higher than I thought it would be. Gotta stay strong and keep losing.
At least my BMR is about 2000, and I'm only consuming like 1,500 calories a day so the weight should be dripping off me.
BMI is complete ****. If you have any real muscle it'll say its high. Says I'm obese.
Eh, its a good index for the average untrained person.
Mostly, for Bio: http://chaosandpain.blogspot.com/201...-hooligan.html
Oh, and while that page itself is work-safe, do NOT click any links at work or in front or your mother as 90% of the site itself is not.
4 full weeks off working out. It starts again tonight harder than ever. I've been training myself to eat more (eating like a pig is hard as hell for me after months of caloric restriction) and more since I had the free time. Example: Breakfast was a half pound of bacon, 4 eggs, an onion, and two peppers. Getting my front squats in tonight.
Why front squats? The normal squat is the best lift you can do. Although a front squat is still good it is no where near as hard on the posterior chain.
Lost another two lbs. down to 271.6 last week. Hopping I can break into the 260s this week. The weight loss is becoming a major fight now. Before I was seeing 2+ lbs come off seemingly effortlessly. Now I feel like I'm lucky to drop decimals. Time to get a bit more strict. I tend to toss down some chips or crackers while cooking. A bad habit formed when I was seeing immense noob gains.
Work like a slave, eat like a king, sleep like a baby, look like a god.
Front squats because I want to get better at them. I can't overhead right now, and it'd be nice to get some cleans in, too. I kinda prefer to take my weight off the floor if I'm not going for a max squat. Among the rest of my workout, I'll be starting with 5, 5, 4, 4 heavy, then 150 75lb front squats, presumably, before I **** my pants.
I think my bod's pissed that i switched supplements. Crazy headaches the past 2 days.
Just because you can bench close to your body weight doesn't mean your that lean.
Where did you get you're bf% from? 3% is super low. Even fitness competitors don't go much lower than 5%. I'm not saying you can't be that lean but it is insanely hard to maintain that weight. The fact that you used the word "hovering" leads me to believe you're are in a more normal range. Typically any individual who is that lean would be much more prescise, unless of course you were speaking sarcastically.
No I switch between 2.7 and 3.7 % bf.
I have an extremely high metabolism. I have been eating 3.5 to 5 thousand calories a day just to maintain my weight. It's my ADHD medication that screws me over.
