Wow! That's a good dif up there guy. I'm gonna finish off my GNC Vitapacks. Then i might try ripped. I ate Taco Tico last night. Haven't had it in 10 years or so... I swear they should name it Taco ****to. That's all i've done today.
On another note i got an interview with the KBI on Thurs. Tried on my Suit today... It looks like a fvcking tent!
I recently got a loaf of this to try. My moms store sells it, kind of pricey but has 28g of protein for 2 pieces of bread and the pieces are huge!! And it actually tastes pretty good.

Starting a vitamin/mineral regiment.. taking fiber bills fortified with calcium, daily multi, and zinc. I think I might be zinc deficient so yea..
Has anyone here used calcium d-glucamate?
Did a health screening at work today for the Wellness Fair. I'm actually pretty healthy. Low risk for all sorts of things and only 20% body fat. If I was being sold in the food market I could be 80/20

According to that chart i'm almost in the Healthy zone.
I was down 5lbs from Monday to yesterday. Didn't check this morning.
I have a theory.. liquid calories must be easier to pass than solid. Either way..I'm losin =0)
6lbs in 2 weeks. Not too bad considering I am lifting too.
