Egg and orange at ~5:20pm, workout at 6:15pm, protein shake at 7:30pm... and lots of water. If I'm in bed before midnight, I won't be hungry until morning.

Here is an example of what my weekday intake looks like. Its always the same, except dinner changes each night. But breakfast and lunch are always the same.

oh lordy. need some potatoes and greens with those pork chops (and i hope you fried them...)
The greens are in the salad. And I dont mix them. I either have a sweet potato with the main course, or a side salad with it.. The Pork Chops were pan fried. And the idealshape has all of the vitamins I would ever need in a days time. So anything over that is extra. Here is a shot of the idealshape shake label:

weighed myself in last night at the gym for ****s and giggles. i spent an entire week eating out since i was on a work trip and figured i would have gained a little weight instead of losing since i was eating so poorly and not hitting the gym like normal.
nope, lost weight. im down to 244.7 now, under 245 yeessssssss.
Jelly. I can't wait to lose weight so I can work on pullups. This being too heavy to hold myself up for more than 20 seconds crap sucks. Though, it's gonna give me Popeye forearms.
Your body needs some complex carbs within about 1 hour of waking up give or take, to promote an anabolic state. Otherwise your body could be catabolic which means it will burn muscle. Same is said for protein and amino acids but since you have the shake you got that covered.
Get me some science on this brotha. This doesn't sound at all right to me. I keep getting stronger, so if I'm losing muscle in the process, it can't be too bad.
1100 calorie day... after last nights 1500 calories of beer, I'm okay with that. Mostly due to my all-day nap.

You guys eat like birds. Half your guys total eatings I eat at breakfast.

Also Free Calorie Counter, Diet & Exercise Journal | MyFitnessPal.com says you should never eat less than 1200 cals to me 1100 seems kinda low without Dr.'s Supervision.

Oh yeah... I totally don't approve of massive calorie cutting... fact is I slept all day, so all I had time for was a chicken omelet with two slices of rye toast and O.J. and a bowl of home made chicken noodle soup. Feels like I've been eating all day... totally full.
Yah i feel the same way. I chowed down on some cheeseballs this afternoon. Ugh my weekness. I'm not buying those damn things anymore. I just want to devour them.
