I got two used fobs from Ed Morad today. I was able to program one; the other just wouldn't work. I tried swapping the rubber inserts with my Impala covers but that didn't work either. Hopefully Ed will send me another.
Anyway, I was having some problems programming the fobs for some of the lock and unlock options. The manual says to press the lock button and you should cycle through the different types of locking and the same wth the unlock. However, no matter how many times I press lock or unlock, I get one beep when I press and one when I let go, for two total. I could not change it. Is this because I have the coupe instead of the sedan? Or is there something else I need to do?
