With that bulb... straighten the two tabs.. then pull the square connector off the pump. Touch one of the wries from the bulb to gray and the other to black. No need to strip wire..once you pull the connector..it'll be easy. Then turn the key from off to start and it should light for a second. only a second though. Because until the motor starts the pcm keeps the pump from running for more than that second to prime.
You could also use a piece of vacuum hose and a can of brake cleaner. Put the vacuum hose to the port on the LIM and spray some brake cleaner while someone cranks the car to get it running. Now it's your job to mist the brake clean every second or so..full stream is too much..so you gotta hit the button..wait...hit the button. You can get the motor to run pretty well that way.
