-3.9 is rich. it could be leaned out some. but id let it go for now, make sure they are learned fully. im no fan of the quick learning. i let it go days to a week before making another fuel change.

another thing I remembered, when you take a scan, do not turn your ac on or it will skew the scan data. I don't know why, but I remember hearing that someplace.

you need some fuel up top. and the large kr was when it dropped form 4 th to 2 nd and most of the rest of the kr was from a down shift too.

ill add some fuel up top for ya, and send it back in a few.

Is that normal? Or i guess what does fuel have to do with downshifts?

i think your tranny is angry at you. you can see early in the scan its only a blip at 0.8 kr at a down shift, but that one time you look to have really hammered it from od and it dropped to 2 nd, causing that sh it storm of 7ยบ kr.

put the car in 3 rd before mashing it like that, it should help.

    and you got mail.

yeah, it went lean. why i added some fuel up top. keep in mind, when ltft is a neg number thats rich, once it goes pos, its leaning out on you.

your one shift didnt happen till 6000 rpm too. should be closer to 5600/5800. thats a sloppy shift. a shift kit should help with that. can also tun up the line pressure a bit more too.

add boost to your scan too. be nice to see how much your making.

Ok thats why i was asking if you could look into if he had it set up for the 3.29 gears cause ive been thinking my shift points were really high and even though it should shift at 5800 if he has the 2.93 gears in there it would shift late. Luckily atleast i have those 90# springs in

you could run it that high with good springs, but your tranny dont seem to like it.

the trans file is changed for sure. if it was the wrong gears it would shift all funky. like not right at all.

it got 7ยบ at the shift, @ 6000. trying it lower cant hurt. kr started and left a few cells at/after the shift while he was still in the gas wot.

it was a 4 th to 2 nd down shift, mashed. id think tranny caused that.

all his other down shifts were a blip of 0.8 or less. kinda normal. i get that too.

I should have said that 6200 was fine for the valve train, but the transmission might not like it
