Scotty do you know what a L36 N/A cam lift is? Are the L36 and L67 cams the same? How much lift do like 1.95 rockers that you have end up being?

a cam will make about 40 more hp, while a set of high ratio roller rockers will make about 20 more hp. if I was going to do it all over, I would use a cam designed by will from overkill motorsports. he designed a stock blower cam and a big blower cam. the stock blower cam can be paired with 1.7 ratio rockers for more lift and uses the 90 lb LS6 valvesprings so no double roller timing chain is necessary.

Give Reptile a few more days. He isn't very active. It took him awhile to reply to one of my PM's.

Do you know the price on that sbc? I didnt want to do a cam cause i didnt want to have to spend all the extra money on a double roller, lifters, pushrods etc but if i can use all stock internals minus the l76 springs i already have and a new stock timing chain setup which i should probably do anyway since i have 100xxx id kinda ve interested

you have to contact comp cams to get the cam built as overkill does not stock the cam himself. I imagine it would be about 325. I would just call comp cams and give them the grind number specified on overkill's website.

Is it normal to have to bend the crossover pipe on sd headers to get them to fit right i finally got them and all the bolts line up perfect but i put them together and it doesnt appear like things will line up very well currently

Ya after playing with the puzzle i got them pretty close to where i think they should be they might be off a little still but i guess i just have to be patient and wait to find out haha. Also i got a front o2 extension and since the dp has the plug for tge reare o2 i will probably just run it 100% legal in which case do i also need a rear o2 extension? It looks to be almost in the same place as stock but so does the front o2

Ok so quick question about the sc vac lines i think i have ot figured out so the little nipple on the front of the lim has to connect to the fpr and the map, i dont have the preessure control selonoid but thats ok cause i just leave the bbv open to atmosphere. The top nipple on bbv goes to the tree and the brake booster hose and the other one goes to the tree also correct?

un marked 3 rd nipple goes to the back line off the fire wall. its the one next to your brake booster line now on the upper intake of the n/a set up.
