The only problem is I don't know how to "fix" that issue... I have ideas on how to bandaid it though.
I'd like to see some WOT scans as well.

are you gonna post a scan or tune file? You have people try to help.
help us help you...this is basic tuning stuff here
It hated the littler pulley. There was nothing to be done but fiddle with AFRs, which I exhausted. At the end of the day it didn't matter if the commanded ratio is + or - 0.3 with actual. I had tried 'em all.
Other than a MAF issue the pulley being too small seemed like the only reason why it would be acting up.
Glad to hear it's running good now.
Haha, ****ing joke. I gave you specific instructions for posting a DECENT scan so we could help you. I've tuned many many different combinations which I've gotten paid for and have nothing to prove to you buddy. Have fun with your stock pulley.
And now this post shows a lack of respect.
Not helpful at all.
Ok im getting sick of this thread... no progress...OP not trying what is suggested and helping with scans.
these are my observations:
-Fuel. if you refuse to run 93 or just dont have it available then you need to run less timing... or settle with overly rich AF
-from the original scan i see your MAP is pretty high for not being in PE. it is possibly you have a vac leak somewhere.. and no your trims wont be off because you have done maf tunes with the leak which accounts for the leaking air.
-it is very possible you just need more mods to run the pulley.
and how can you sit there and accuse someone of a lack of tuning knowledge when you cant even figure out if your running too lean or rich and need to shoot in the dark with AFR's
from the very beginning on 10-28-2011 the first reply i post what you need to do to correct 95% of tuning issues people see. if your not having luck many have offered to look at a full scan and bin file and help. the little screen shots of data you posted are not useful for correcting your issue. we need more data to get a better idea of what is happening. if your giving up fine. but like you said before your tired of people getting help and not posting the solution. do you want people to see your solution was just giving up?
You guys surprise me. I've run files from two members that have more experience tuning than all of us combined. I've also run the DHPV1.5 settings. Furthermore, I've used my mechanical inclination to tweak the tune when nothing else worked.
I rest well knowing I did everything possible attempting to make the 3.5 pulley work.
Stock pulley and fresh tune is now working great.
There are very few settings to adjust in PE mode.
Get real guys. Use the head you have.
91 vs 94 octane makes a huge difference BTW. Also, no two engines are identical. I'm not too far ABSL and its cold here too.
-do you not have access to 93 octane?
-ok you may have run files from experienced tuners... but if they didnt have access to good data then you wont get a good file.
-DHP 1.5 settings are nothing but a starting ground if anyone were to just try and run them you would just be asking for problems.
all we asked was for a good data log and bin so we could look things over for you. i just feel you threw in the towel too soon and didnt give us a chance to help.
it may very well be that your engine just cant handle a 3.5 without more mods. either way more mods wont be a bad idea for it anyway... since your having issues tuning it, its best you build it so you can safely tune it yourself.
I am not having any issues tuning the car. The issue was my gullibility to believe that the car MUST cooperate on that pulley. Tuning is not difficult.
Stop asking about octane. I have stated numerously I will be running 91 fuel.
I can CTRL-C CTRL-V the posted scan as many times as it requires for you to actually read it. Doesn't matter which road you step on the gas, you get the same results as posted.
Not sure of a successor to scandepot.
Post a tune file? You couldn't even embed video on the old GPF.
Your attitude is easily detected even via interwebz.
I sent him an ultra safe tune that should have been fine... it still knocked. Pulley was too small for the octane/air where he's from. Simple fix for a simple issue.
My headers/1.9 setup was pissed off a lot of the time on the 3.4 pulley and 93 octane in the winter.
my attitude? Yes i guess i do have "attitude" I am getting frustrated. YOU asked for help. we all suggested solutions and asked for more information to help YOU. I ask simple questions and you do not answer them. if you dont have access to 93 octane then say that. if you chose not to run 93 and want to run 91 say that. most run 93 on these cars so if you are trying to run a pulley with similar mods you will need more mods because you are running lower octane.
as for a real scan... you could put it in a zip and upload it here or have it available to email. what you posted is like 10 seconds of data! come on man. you need more data then 10 seconds! its not always where the KR is that is the problem... but i forgot tuning is easy! it must be the car not wanting to cooperate on the pulley.
ultimately it is your car. you are safer running a stock pulley anyway.
