I have a question about the Earl's hard line fitting, they seemed to be good to only 50 PSI, don't we have more than that at WOT ?

I was looking on McMaster-Carr, they have yor-lok tube fitting that will be good for over 1000 psi. They have brass, steel or stainless steel. I don't know wich one would be the best though, they say that brass will work with brass tubing, steel with steel... In what material are made our lines?
