I tested the output wires to the motor from the switch. Then being curious tested the positive wire to the physical switch from the boot side & I think it was around 0.23 volts.

Car was running, battery is fine, fuse was in and a new fuse at that. I know nothing about electronics in a car, though it doesn't sound normal to have that little going into a car window. If there was a break in the wire I would assume my meter would read zero.

Ok.. so you aren't getting power to the main switch.. which is an issue. You did get harnesses from the same year car, right? And the big power wire did line up in the connector and neither wire pushed back out? It's a pain..but it's the little things. Other than that..there's like a relay in or controlled by the bcm (body control) that gives the windows power. I'd check the in and out of that relay as well.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Where would that relay be? I thought that too but couldn't find anything over the interwebs.

I'd really have to look up the schematic for you.

Have had time lately to figure out what's going on. There is no power to the fuse, so I have to trace the wires and figure what's going on. Also, I found an adapter not connected to anything and looks like someone else did the wiring to it. And it appears to have a speaker wire going to it?

I'll let you have a look and hopefully you know what it is, or have an idea.

Btw, that was found behind the glovebox.

Did you every find a solution to your problem here? I'm having similar symptons and curious what you ended up doing.

What my issue was a relay hidden in the dash, it took some digging and probing around to find it. If you need more information about which relay it was, I'd be glad to do what I can to help!

Crap, my bad for ignoring these forums for a while. It was hidden behind the glove box from what I remember. So you're most likely going to have to remove that so you can get 100% behind that area. It was a large 4 pin relay (I believe there were two near each other) tucked up in there. Two larger wires were red and blue? I'm colorblind too, so I'm probably imagining colors lol. Check that to see if it's powering on.

Though I don't think that's it, considering you've got a good side working. My next best guess is to check the harness going through the door for any cracks for frays. I would say your switch in general could be bad, but I'm sure you figured out it's not the issue by testing the switch on that physical side. I want to say that without a working master switch, all of the windows or some will not work. I feel like I came across that in the midst of trying to figure out my window situation.

Considering it's 1:20AM here, I'll see about getting a photo up if I can remember. I'll have to remove the glovebox since I put it on after fixing the job.

I would greatly appreciate some guidance on finding this relay! After testing I found the voltage on my "good" (drivers) side to be around 8.7v...on the "bad" (passengers) side is in the millivolts.
