Synthetic oils are extremely resistant to breaking down, its life more about contamination getting into the oil. Liquifire has some good points, and I totally agree to an extent. Everyone’s car and driving habits are a little different. Imo your car is getting a little on the old side and it most likely will have a LIM issues at some point. In your case, IMHO, you would be best off with a “high mileage” type dino oil and changing your oil more often. As opposed to longer intervals using synthetic.![]()
