FWIW here's pics from me doing the Bonneville ones
Overall.. I had to pry them a bit, think I air chiseled a little as well for the super rusty crusty. Overall, took maybe 2 hours total, being super careful with two stands holding the car and two holding either front or back of subframe where I was working. Can't be too careful under there. Jack stands are cheap
I installed new trailing arms, sway bar and end links. But now the right side makes a creaky sound when climbing or descending a curb. Everything is super tight and torqued to spec.

spray down the sway bar bushing with lube to see if the noise goes away.
any lube like wd 40 or similar is fine. no need to take them off just spray well into the seam and around the bushing. Drive it around the block a couple times and see if the noise goes away or lessens. If the noise goes away or lessens then take the bushings off and grease them.
if it stops after spraying it, its gonna start again one day soon. so you can then take the cap off and the bushing, then wrap the bar with teflon tape, or grease it and put the bushing and cap back on.
I had serviced transmission awhile back and torqued nuts according to specs. Noticed transmission fluid around base of pan. Do I need to re-tighten or replace gasket??

spray it all down with brake cleaner and keep an eye on it, could be a axle seal leaking and running down.
or maybe its motor oil? my old engine leaked so bad the tranny pan got coated.
