You shouldn't need to use teflon tape on them, but they shouldn't be leaking. I'd take the braided line off, clean all the fittings really well, wrap the male fittings with a little teflon tape, and reinstall. Mine I go until they are snug, then just a little bump, never once had a leak.

Those IC lines aren't being pinched ontop of the coil pack are they? First spin I took after my IC install, I hadn't purged all the air out of the IC so it was basically useless. Saw 13* of knock on part throttle. Purged all the air, now I'm seeing 0.
Ok i'll check that thanks bro!

Mine were leaking because I had to add some barb fittings..i tried pipe sealant n it didn't work. Then I used red loctite, cuz that's what zzp originally used and that worked well. Make sure you let it dry and cure tho. Haven't had a problem since. Was gonna try the tape next if the loctite didn't work.

So loctite on the fittings? Or on top of them? I'll try teflon tape but i'll start with loctite

Well mine were for fuel logs and leaking right out of the logs, the ss lines were leaking at first and I just tightened them without anything n that stopped the leaking. Then I used loctite for this contraption.

You have to take it out of your fuel rails and install it in the new ones you got.

Any takers on why my car knocks when i rev or slowing mash on the pedal? I mashing the gas as soon as I get past 60mph the kR is at 0.0 anybody can give a little insight? Do I just need to flip the dogbones mounts change motor mounts and see? I do have vibration in the engine and the Motor mounts have 120,000 miles on them been driving the car and that what im seeing on my gauge... false knock? Thanks guys

start with looking for a mark on the sway bar where its hitting the DP.

then the mounts if old should be checked or changed. flipping the dog bones cant hurt either to help snug up the engine.

I'll flip the dogbones mounts and change motor mounts how can you tell the motor mounts are shot?

if the engine flaps back and fourth when its goes in and out of gear. it should only move maybe 2 inches. when shot the engine will move 4 inches or more.

you can also look at them to see how flat they are.

You can see the engine from the driver seat.
