you went the hard way with the injectors, you should hav eleft them in the rail, unbolted the rail, and pulled them out of the heads.
that being said, pull the injectors out of the heads, put them back in the rail, get a box of Q tips and brake cleaner to clean the injector holes.
use a razor to clean and scrap the crap off the lim or heads, same for the sc and lim mating areas. wipe every thing down, gasket matting surfaces with with brake cleaner.
clean that crap out of your coolant ports dont let it fall into the lim valley, lay rags under the ports.
do flush the cooling system and core, you got all sorts of dex sludge in there, and the rad cap, or buy a new cap they cost 3 to 5 bucks.
you may want to replace the vac lines and T's because most of the time the ends break when doing the lim job. due to taking the lines off and on.
