that is bad

1) shop vac up as much as you can
2)clean up the mating surfaces with a razor and shop vac the rest of that **** up
3) clean intake with carb cleaner the best you can and i also suggest taking off the tb and cleaning that right now aswell
4) put on new lim gaskets and make sure you apply a dot of rtv inbetween where the gaskets meet in the corners
5) put on low intake and torque it down
6) put the rest together, coolant elbows plenum, alternator, belts, fuel rails, ect
7) put some coolant flush ( can also use dish soap) in the rad and fill with water.
8) new cheap oil
9) prime the gas by turning the key to on then off and on a couple times befor starting it
10) flush the cooling system over and over with fresh water by letting the car get up to operating temp and turning the blower on high heat, then shutting it off, letting it cool then draining. Rinse and repeat but be careful you can severly burn yourself if you try to drain it while its hot
11) after you flush it and fill it with fresh global 50/50 mix and a new thermostat drain the oil and put in some more new cheap oil
12)Go for a drive and see how she is then change the oil again after with good oil

Edit: oh ya you need injector orings too. I use a little spit to get them seated
