    What applys to one car doesnt mean it applys to another. These cars have ran in the 9's and 8's in the 1/4 and made over 800whp on stock internals

    Forged rotating assy only costs $2500-3000.

    +$800-1200 for the rebuild.

    Then you're going to want heads ($500-2000) and an improved valvetrain (800-1200)

    Then a nice transmission, $3000.

    Then some nice tires.... $1000 + wheels (1000-2000).

    Oh hai, 9600-13 400.

    edit: forgot a new power adder.

    figure another 3 to 5 thousand for that.

    I think you need a little more explanation for your turbo dyno matt...I think you were trying to say that a rebuilt engine wont give you 500hp? at least not cost effectively?
