ICM harness to ensure it's getting the right signals from the sensors.
Clean and dry plugs. I'd like to see you have the plugs out overnight and or while you do the harness. That way they aren't fuel fouled and not throwing a spark.
Unplug the maf and try to start the car wtih a little throttle.
Pull the balancer to ensure that it is on properly and somehow isn't misaligned off the keyway and it didn't destroy the key.
Check for bad/bent pins on the crank sensor.
If you are postive your firing order is correct and when you said first coil you meant the top one, then it shouldn't be anything other than one of the above. If you have spark and fuel, which you say you do...it's something timing wise and likely the harness or a sensor.
I thought you were all over everything last night.
All the junkyards were closed. I couldn't pick up a new harness. I'll grab one after school today. I checked my crankshaft position sensor connector and all the pins look good.
