Unfortunately in TX lemon laws only apply to new cars still under manufacturer's warranty. This one was used, as is. We had them double check it for leaks, specifically, and they said there were none, yet a week later the driveway was covered in various fluids. They did do some of the repairs for parts cost only, but still...we're badmouthing the dealership to everyone we know.
