I have a 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP with the 5.3L V-8 with 59,000 miles completely stock. Lately, I have been having an issue with the transmission which seems to be fairly common, When the im driving then stopping at a stop sign or stoplight and then try to go the vehicle seems very hesitant to go, will shudder for a second or two and CLUNK quite harshly into gear about half-way through the intersection.i took it to the dealer but they could not find a problem with it doesn't do it all the time. my 5yr 100,000 mile warranty will be up in June and i have a feeling that it will go out soon after that. so my question is how to give it the final blow to finish it off so i can get it fixed under warranty the service adviser suggested that i do that as with no questions asked i guess they know the crap they sell any help will be great.![]()
