You can't really tell how bad the rocker is until you start grinding. If the manufacturer's welds are still intact, then just cut pieces of sheet to fit over the holes and start welding. Weld a small section, use the body hammer to get it tight to the original contour and weld a little more until it's all done. It's freekin easy...I taught myself.

What I'm saying is needing a new rocker is quite subjective. After you grind you may decide that it can be repaired by the aformetioned technique. It's not that easy to weld an entire new rocker in place. Just sayin.

Once you gain these skills you'll laugh at the body shop. Those guys are good but they're expensive.
