After further inspection I have concluded that it's just the rocker panelI thought it was worse. Ok so next step would be to have it fixed so thats on the to do list Tomor. Ok for now what can I do to prevent the rust? I mean what can I buy to spray on the underbody to protect it? Winter is fastly approaching.
green rust check?
ok so im thinking......... couldn't i go to my local exhaust shop (im pretty cool with them) and have them weld a piece of metal into that spot? then coat the entire underbody with rust protection?
Whats up with that spot around the gas tank. I got ONE bubble there so Im interested in the fix for tht
isnt that spot due to little amounts of gas dripping on that area after a fuel up? I see that on tons of cars and that is my guess. I usually wipe that area with the windshield cleaner after i fill up.
I am lucky so far no rust on the body other than on the damn hood, car was in Arizona for the first 10 years of its life.
