There are people who say tiny tuner has the ability to get rid of this diagnostic check.

I've heard the same thing and I have tinytuner. I haven't found anything in it at all that gives you the ability to disable these diagnostic tests. Now if there is a new version of TT that can do it, I would like to see it. But so far, nada.
