yea I have some bin files that don't have it either. I notice there is quite a bit of files different from year to year also.

ok i think i got it...to get rid of all tm do this...on the tr 1-2 2-3 3-4 performance upshift....stock values should be somewhere around 340...change that to 640 or as high as it will allow....leave the ''normal'' setting alone and just change the performance. These changes will only take affect when the performance button is pressed on the shifter...when on normal, settings will remain stock. If the car has no performance shift button...then do the same but just on the ''normal'' setting.
Also max out ''max engine torqe for upshift''
hmmm....max turbine tq tcc locked and unocked...may want to ask someone else on this one....if it were me just max out ''max turbine tq tcc unlocked''
Other wise you will more than likely get a lot of kr when you get into the throttle while the tcc is locked if you up the max tq values.

the PT TM upshift files are just percentages (if that makes sense). They are already lowered to 5%. In other words they will only derate the torque by 5%.
are you sure that if you lower the percentage that it is not making the tm lower also...in other words you may be putting more tm on instead of removing it.
higher numbers in hpt mean less tm...try raising them and see how high it will let you go.
also there should be a spark retard amount for the torque reduction % or something related to how much spark is being pulled to reach the set torque reduction amount.
check under the spark tab...or gimme a screen shot....where is brian when i need him lol...he uses dhp also
