Yeah they say you should weigh yourself about every two weeks right when you wake up to get the best results. But I barely even weigh myself that much. I stick to looking in the mirroror seeing if my clothes fit more loosely.
haha for sure. I just hate feeling like I pushed myself so hard while working out, and then step on the scale to find out that I lost one pound or nothing at all lol. So I just try to avoid it.
But if I buy something too small then I'll look stupid and even bigger than I normally do until I finally fit into it lol. We're a complex species, don't ask questions lol jk.
