Right! That's how I am too. So I barely ever get on a scale lol.

I force myself to NEVER get on a scale more than once a week...mostly 2 every two weeks.

Yeah they say you should weigh yourself about every two weeks right when you wake up to get the best results. But I barely even weigh myself that much. I stick to looking in the mirror :th_laugh-lol2: or seeing if my clothes fit more loosely.

Must be a woman thing lol. I hate scales. Like I said before, I get my results when the mirror shows it. Also getting compliments doesn't hurt either :D

haha for sure. I just hate feeling like I pushed myself so hard while working out, and then step on the scale to find out that I lost one pound or nothing at all lol. So I just try to avoid it.

how about buying something that is to small then working to fit into it? women are to complacated why do you ask us men "does this make me look fat?"

But if I buy something too small then I'll look stupid and even bigger than I normally do until I finally fit into it lol. We're a complex species, don't ask questions lol jk.

My boyfriend has never thought bad about the way I look. Even though I'm not skinny, he just says "more 2 luv " lol
