99 GT ran just fine other day now won't crank unless you hold your foot on the gas, no codes

crank means the engine turns over ... start means the engine fires up and starts and runs.
I'll assume you mean won't start. Unplug the maf.. use the throttle to start it and after a couple of times, I bet it runs fine. So likely the maf is bad
Yeah sorry I probably should have worded that better spins over quite nicely but won't start and run unless you put ur foot in it already tried it with no maf and maybe unrelated but the "trac off" light won't shut off

Open the radiator cap.. you getting low on coolant? if so.. the UIM is failing and soon it'll hydrolock if you don't take care of it.
But..that's only if it's using coolant.
no start and trac light on can indicate bad Crank position sensor.
without a signal from the CPS the fuel pump won't run. but if you say it starts with your foot on the gas then its probably not that.
\do you hear the fuel pump prime?
\do you have fuel at the rail after it primes?
trac light has nothing to do with starting.. nothing at all
CPS is camshaft position sensor.. let's get it right and say CKPS for the crankshaft...but if a little throttle fires it up.. it's got spark.
Well it's full of coolant so pretty sure the intakes good but it does smoke a little white out the pipes once it's running this one's really beginning to stump me.

Ok.. easiest thing to do.. pull the three 10 mm throttle body nuts off and slide it out of the way. If you see coolant pooled up right inside the intake, then you need to plug the coolant ports in How to Mod a Lim. that'll take care of the issue.
If it's not soaked.. they you should clean the TB while it's off the intake. Likely it's horribly dirty. It's common.
I was thinking that, but it's going to the shop on Wednesday to check on that and not to mention we payed > $500 for them to redo the valve covers and intake gaskets 6 months ago and their still leaking all over the place so while I could change them myself it's just the principle of the thing that they should fix them for free.

first i'd pop the maf , and iac out and clean them with maf cleaner and see what that does. and check the battery voltage.
There's oil leaking out from under both valve covers as well as between the upper and lower intake and all those gaskets were replaced about 1,500 miles ago
