Front gasket isn't too hard. It's getting the dog bone mount off that's the trickiest part. The rear cover is a bit more involved. You need to remove the alternator and the tensioner assembly. And some brackets that run over the cover. You don't have to completely remove the TA, just wiggle it off enough so the valve cover can slip out. Use Fel-Pro gaskets. I didn't change my grommets, but if yours are bad, replace them. Torque for the VC bolts is 89in lb.
