    I've been to every Radio Shack in an hour radius and even one 4 hours away (visiting family there, not just to go to RadioShack). Looks like no one is stocking these. I am gonna do a last ditch effort and order from their website and hope it comes a 5 prong. Thanks.

    Don't go by the part number, just search the drawers more thoroughly. If you still can't find it either order it online or search for it at a different parts place like frys or something.

    Please let me know if you get it working, I got the part I needed but I haven't gotten it to work yet.

    Finally got this jack via FedEx several days late today. Ordered it from their website. Gonna solder the harness onto the jack tonight... then solder into the car tomorrow.
