and if you have a open cone and the pcm is kinda laying there like a lot of us do, check the wires to the pcm for a rubbed through wire. most of the time its near the a/c lines.

Also lastnight i pulled the fuse box and inspected it for wiring smell and broken/damaged wires and found nothing .Tonight I will inspect the PCM wiring for damage and go from there. This thing is driving me nuts lol!
thats exactly what my car did when the fat evap line off the TB was cracked. surged 500 rpms up and down.
try a 20 A fuse plug the maf back in and look for a vac leak if it still surges.
the wires off the pcm should be looked at for one to have maybe been rubbed through if the fuse blows asap again.
The whistle is from the turbo , I looked on alldata at work today and it looks like the purge solenoid valve is on that same fuse ,so I will check that one out too

Checked some more wires , can't find anything , getting close to just pulling the whole harness out and looking it over !!!

do you guys think it would be ok to use a circuit breaker where the fuse is supposed to be to make searching for the break easier? They sell a breaker that resets itself everytime it pops and it just fits right where the fuse would go.Obviously i wouldn't drive with it but as i'm searching the harness I can see when it pops and doesnt pop as i go throw the wires to see if i'm getting close to the problem instead of going through another box of fuses lol![]()
I kept popping 15A fuses, realized I had spliced ACC power from something on the same circuit, put a 30 in there and it doesn't blow anymore
no, you said you added a power acc wire to the fuse for the maf, so take that wire off and find it a new power source is what im saying to do.
while you got the harness all unwrapped check all them wires over good.
