    if you can weld stainless steel sure. but its best to have a good welder weld the cat in for you.

    the header install and be done with nothing more then jack stands and some normal hand tools.

    fake cat looks like a real cat but is free flow. (for visually inspection) if they only do a obd2 scan and your rear o2 is set to not report you will pass, (or if the fouler trick works for your car) but if they do the tail pipe sniffer test likely you'll fail.
