I may have to try that. I've got a feeling I may just scrap this idea. I'm considering just making my own additional fuse panel with about 5-6 circuits on it. I may even order one of those Painless wiring kits, but don't know yet. I think I'm going to install some plug outlets in the car. Did you do this? and where did you put them?
What I would do with this is to just run a hot wire from the battery(or under hood fuse block) to the space behind the glove box. I think I've identified a pretty good spot there where I could mount it. Then I could run all my wires to that spot. It would be completely hidden/concealed, but access would be pretty easy if I ever needed to replace a fuse or wire in a new circuit, as you can just hit the glove box tabs and it lays out of the way.
Thoughts?!
