I have a 2000 GP and the AC will cut off for 1 or 2 seconds then turn back on. The air temp seem to be ok. I am not sure what I should look at first to try and figure out this intermentant problem.

is it more like the fan motor quits?

if so it could be the resistor for the fan, or the fan is on its way out. does the fan make any noise other then blowing air?

could be low or high head pressures aka freon might be lower or overfilled the condenser leak over on the driver side where the lines go in..

no noticeable noise. Ihad replaced the resistor a few years back and at that time it showed the normal systems of failure. this just shuts down and back on in a second. havent been able to isolate fan or sustem because it happens so fast.
