Its weird that the ignition switch fixed that problem because the symptoms u mentioned with ur blower usually is fixed by the blower motor resistor. I'm not that knowledgeable with the ignition switch and what not but when I cut a spare key for my car and it didn't have the chip it did what ur car is doing. But if ur still having the starting issue u would try disconnecting ur battery and then hooking it up to see what happens. My buddy ran into the issue with his 02 gtp after trying to program a keyless fob and whe he did the battery thing, it worked. As far as hazard lights go, check ur fuse is the only thing I can think of. I hate electrical stuff on cars lol
