so im going to be doing a little suspension work, lowering springs, new struts, front and rear sway bars and strut tower braces. from what people have said is that you should drive for a while before you get an alighnment. i get the whole things need to seat and all that, but i have to drive 650 miles after i get all that done. would it be better to get the alighnment after the trip or before?

If it changes bad enough to where you need another alignment, the shop didn't do it right the first time.

and depending upon the drop the toe will be off (more the lower you go), which is what destroys tires. not camber.

    Yes but from springs settling?

Toe shouldn't change that much unless you're slammed.
