So I just replaced my window regulator with motor on my 98 GTP coupe and it works goes up just fine but when your going up, its slows down at about 2 and half inches before it hits the top then it just stops and sometimes it moves a tad bit more but then stops. The window regulator and motor was a brand new so is there anything im missing? Could the window be tilted or something? This is just kinda annoying.

    Thanks in advanced.

are your window tracks bent?, actually sounds like the front or rear of the windown isnt between the channels properly.

try not to use grease to lube the track or regulator, it attracts dust and dirt, try to use graphite. i bought some in a spray can, works great, make your locks feel better than new.
