Got a set of AR883 as a Christmas gift to me. Ordered these rims at 4wo|car-truck wheels, at a good price. I like the look of AR882 as well but they don't have on stock.

Got two recall notices in the mail today... how often does that happen to people driving cars that are almost old enough to drink?
Got my recall letter today too, makes good paper airplanes.
We own 3 w bodies, been over a year since we got a recall notice. Last was for the key insert for the impala. My 06 already got it from the previous owner, and the 02 doesn't have that key obviously. We could be getting others for spark plug retainers, vc gaskets, etc
Scratch that, just got home, and I got one today. Yeah that vc gasket was replaced a while ago.
Says they remove the beauty cover and the oil filler extension? Heck no I'm keeping those, thank you very much.

As soon as I got home and checked mail I laid one on top of my front exhaust manifold, to wick up my valve cover leak. The other one is soaking up a little dribble under the rail inlet. Was I supposed to read them first? Gosh, I better go get those and look at them! Hey whats that smoky smell....
Got my notice in the mail today. Curious to see how long it will be before they get the parts.
I've already replaced most my gaskets, although I do have an oil pan gasket leak. Almost to 200k miles.
So is it natural to have studder at WOT, like the rpms will bounce as I accelerate (within 200rpms), feels really hesitant.

i think i will have to replace my transmission pan eventually, as it leaked after completing the oil pan gasket job.
Time to put in a Transgo shift kit while you are in there. You didn't use Platinum plugs did you?
So it seems my 06 has torque management, at the shift points the supercharger whine kinda fades, and comes right back after it shifts. Not really liking that too much, wonder if it's actuating the boost solenoid or the throttle.
So you're saying the throttle or boost solenoid isn't changed at the shift points?

the boost is made from the engine rmp, the throttle is to the floor, it shifts drops to 4300 rmp of course the tone of the sc will change till the rpm's rise again.
mine almost sounds like it stops whining at the shift. the steep whine ends at the shift, then comes back.
I didn't mean tone of the sc, that obviously changes with rpm. Like the volume of it. Gets quiet as the shift is starting, and as it engages into 2nd it gets a bit louder. Super quick process.
still sounds like the rpm's changing. not sure, in for a vid.
Will do in just a bit, from a previous drive on the dash cam. It's super icy outside right now
