I noticed last night, when I make a left turn that at about 15-20 mph I hear a grinding noise, almost like the noise when you have low traction ect.

I recently did the following work:

Both front lower control arms, front left wheel hub, both sway bar links, bushings, left outer tie rod, both front ball joints.

I have not gotten a alignment and my steering wheel sits at about 2 oclock if your comparing it to a clock.

Should a alignment fix the "grinding" type of noise. What else could be the issue besides what I already just had fixed a week ago.

On Thursday im having a GM dealership do the alignment so its right on with the specs of the car, its a 2000 gp gt 2 door 170K miles, which most of the work is normal wear and tear for the car that hasn't been taken care of. They might be able to look the problem over.

Good I almost **** my pants when I heard it last night when it was raining out, took it out this morning and heard it again, thought my traction was getting messed up or something, but if alignment fixes the noise I hear I will be happy.
