I have a 97 GP GT 3.8 vin K. After sitting it sucks air heavy thru the throttle body and runs rough for a few minutes not when you start it but a few minutes after doesn't matter hot or cold. It will then clear itself up and run fine. Has new mass air sen, idol air sen, and purg sen. no vac leaks or check engine light.

spray the throttle body area with some brake cleaner and see if the idle changes if you do you have a leak likely the gasket between the supercharger and throttle body.
that's where id start at least. I doubt its a sensor if the car runs fine after it few minutes.

Just got a 2000 SE 3.1 and this is a learning experience for me. But I just cleaned my MAF and one of the boots has a inner lip. I didn't get it on right it was folded in and it sucked air til I figured it out

I took my FPR hose off to adjust the bleeder on the water inlet.

    Fuel.

    Sad.

Only I would grab a jy fuel rail that happened to have a bad regulator. LOL.

Clean up your TB and all sensors leading up to the UIM.

Don't Faulty o2 sensors sometimes act up until they get warm?

    Or possibly the FPR?

Start with a throttle body cleaning. The maf being new, what brand did you get. We often see refurbished sensors/even new non Delco/Delphi sensors causing issues. Also wiring in that area is suspect due to it being heated by the exhaust.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

thanks again everyone. found the new purge sensor was bad, thanks auto zone. still having the same problem. checked the intake and throttle body gaskets for leaks, fpr is dry. I'm thinking bad tb , sounds and runs like its choking. last place i can think to go.

Thanks for the info. checked for leaks, no leaks. The only thing I can think of is the throttle body. that's where it's choking. what do you think? thanks again.
