Adam.. there's a how to swap it out on here...just search on my name and "ea sy" without the space. then hit car-part.com and get one for $100-300 and do the swap yourself. Quick eas y and done.

It's next to the oil pressure gauge. no lego blocks. real numbers. -10 psi to +10 psi. so the second you add a pulley, it's worthless

Well I went and picked my new plugs and wires up this morning. If not for #6 it would have been a 30 minute job. Anyway I pulled the 3 out of the front bank and inspected them. Number 5 had a hairline crack in the insulator. Other than that nothing was out of the ordinary. Test drove it and everything is back to normal! Thank you guys for all your input!!

that crack will cause a major misfire for sure.

if you have a real spark plug socket its got a bolt head on the socket, you can use a wrench to break it free and clear the o2 sensor.

Damn i never thought to do that, it's kind of odd a 3 inch extension is to short and a 6 inch damn near hits the firewall.

i used to use a 3 inch, put the socket on the plug, then you can only get the very tip of the extension in the socket, like to the check ball on the side, then crack it free.

once you do headers a plug change is so easy your head will spin, the back is as easy as the front then. oh, and taking off all the pull brackets also free's up room. i dont even need to rock the engine forward since i got headers.

I've heard that iridium plugs will crack but I've never actually seen it first hand

any plug can crack. most of the time it can happen on install if not using a real plug socket, they have a foam insert that keep it from cracking.
