I know I just realized what all was wrong and missing. Any suggestions about the bypass solenoid electrical plug in? I don't have that.

So I need a T coming off the fuel press, one line going to the LIM and another line bypassing the bypass solenoid and going into the bottom of the BBV? Correct??

the BBV should be hooked up to the top of the blower, to the one you have capped now. Watch my Video I posted it shows the BBV hook up. Under the blower snout you should have only the MAP and the Regulator running off of that.

Do you have anything connected to the bottom end of the BBV? Couldn't tell in the video.
How much boost are you running? what size pulley?

I did a T on the regulator. One line going under the blower as well as the map sensor. Other side of the T is going to the throttle body. Then connected the BBV to the top that was plugged. Still only have a max of 2.9lbs of boost. I'm scanning with an aeroforce. What else could it be? bad BBV??

the line off the TB goes to the evap on the back of the engine. not the fuel rail.

i'd post a pic, but i cant seem to get it done right now, as the sites being picky right now.

post # 4 has the pic of the vac line off the Tb it goes to the back to the evap. http://www.grandprixforums.net/vacuu...ber-70863.html

it also shows the vac line you have blocked off, where that hose goes to, the by pass actuator.

and you'll want to set it up with this routing.

    Attachment 10192

top of the sc tree to the by pass actuator to by pass solenoid then to fuel pressure regulator, then the T under the snout, then to the map sensor.

Tb line goes to the evap on the back as shown.

follow the vac routing for a 98 and up diagram on page 3, evap is right by the map sensor on the back of the sc.

sites not being pic friendly right now.
