considering this is the only topic you have ever posted about i am somewhat skeptical of your suggestion although i do appreciate you offering a lending hand i do not see how a faulty fuel resistor could cause no spark through the icm to the coil packs. how a faulty fuel resitor could cause an interference between the pcm to the icm. and with a faulty fuel resistor im still getting proper fuel pressure and FUEL. excuse me if i sound rude i just dont appreciate it when people say im wasting my time and how they can gurantee a sure fix especially if theyve never touched my car when it comes to anything there are no guarantees first things first im rechecking my cps then maybe ill get around to checking the horseshoe shaped fuel resistor
Well in that case maybe you really shouldnt own a pontiac, a have been reading everysingle post from you to others and still nothing. i have always found something with a man that acnt fix his own cars, let alone have to much pride.. sounds like you have money to burn, hey i guess some people like to learn the hard way, you can thank me when you finally get past all the Bulls**t and realize i was only trying to help... GOODLUCK with your Pontiac, Because i know im going to enjoy mine,..FROM A REAL PONTIAC ENTHUSIAST>>
lol im not even going to argue with you and btw its not the fuel pump resistor i have fuel the only reason i didnt have spark was bc the new cps sensor got smashed that harmonic balancer was a pos so im getting a new one. i understand u were trying to help and i do appreciate it i just know that fuel wasnt the problem it should be fixed and i should be back on the road in my daily driver pontiac till my corvette is finished. and yes fyi i am a pontiac enthusiast more of a vette guy but hey im only 19 dont have money to burn just a job that i love as a special needs caretaker and a passion for cars. and i do work on my own cars only time ive ever had anyone do anything for me was to rebuild a motor. but thanks for your suggestion it was much appreciated.... from another REAL PONTIAC ENTHUSIAST
