    Here's the answer you've been looking for.

    I drove mine with the belt off for about a week while I was waiting on parts (pulley puller broke after the pulley came off..... (that sucked)

    ...drove about 500 miles that way and didn't see any change in gas mileage.
    2003 White Grand Prix GTP Limited Edition
    - 3.4 pulley, tune by Boostd1/CLINT@AIR, Short Ram Intake, PLOG, 3" ZZP Downpipe, AL 104's, 180* t-stat, Impala STB & 12" cross drilled/slotted/zinc washed rotors, DDM HID's, and put in a heads up display for now...

    it'd cost nothing since your S/C gasket is new enough to not separate when you take it off.
