Sry you guys went through all that aggravation. Imo the word ebay and the word headers should never be in the same sentence.

It is unfortunate that you bought a shoddy set of headers. But on the flip side think of how many people you helped by being a Guinea pig and alerting the GP community of the brands problems.

I was seriously considering these as a bday present to myself. Now I think i'll put my money elsewhere.

Riley I feel your pain and then some. After waiting way to long for my heads to get remanned and then putting the motor back together and dropping it in, the only thing that held me back were my stupid xtune headers. I will reiterate what riley said for everyone on this board. DO NOT BUY THESE HEADERS NO MATTER WHAT!!! THEY DO NOT FIT ON ANY GRAND PRIX. I have a 99 and had the same exact problem. The front header came in at a ridiculous angle towards the transmission making it impossible to connect the crossover. I am now paying a local shop 150 bucks to fix the mistake(which is actually a good deal). Riley if you used paypal you will probably get your money back and keep the headers. I got 80 back from them for a small crack. I will be calling them tomorrow demanding my money back. I will also supply pictures and receipts. If you want to pm me you ebay account or paypal I will also tell them you had the same problem. Its very frustrating, I had to drive around all day open header to find a shop that would fix this. Not to mention my car is not registered or insured. So imagined how nervous I was passing cops with what sounded like a drag car with no tag on the back...lol. BTW expect a write up from me soon on what is needed for an L26, L67 combo in the near future.
