Ok. So it all started with the transmission not wanting to shift out of 2nd and couldnt get above 3500rpm. Ended up getting a code for O2 sensor. Went to change it and before I could get it in the garage It wouldnt start with out going to full throttle. Once at full throttle and started it ran real rough and would not get above 1200 rpm floored. Pushed it into garage and rescaned computer. Had a multiple miss fire on all cylinders. Went ahead and replaced O2 sensor the next day. Car started up. Ran for a min or two and I shut it off. Finished cleaning up and went to restart and same problem as before. Would not start except under full throttle and had to keep it floored to run. Still not above 1200 rpm. Ok. Time to start looking.

Mass air flow sensor was good.Tested with new one
TPS was good. tested with multi meter and new one
IAC good. Tested with new one. Made sure it was adjusted correctly
Fuel pressure 48 ignition and 55 full throttle running 1200 rpm
Tested with starter fluid and no change. So not fuel pump
    Compression test good.
    Spark good.
Pulled and cleaned throttle body. No change
Pulled and cleaned PVC. PVC good and no change.
New plugs and wires. No change. ( Was time any ways!!)
Sprayed throttle body cleaner around intake and vacuum lines when it ran and would idle. No change in RPM so i dont think there is a vacuum leak.
Oil or radiator fluid not contaminated by the other.
    No codes on computer now.
And starting at full throttle will get it to start still but then dies with in seconds. Cant keep running any more.

    Im stumped.

The car is a 01 GT with NA 3.8 and 111k miles.
    Any thoughts please?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

is you exhaust clogged up. I guess a severe case would cause it from starting i guess....

If it starts only when floored, that meens it is flooded with fuel. HOlding the throttle all the way open while cranking the engine allows more air to enter the engine to vaporise the fuel, anything 80% or less and the PCM will energise the injectors.
Pull the intake tubing off the throttle body and see if you smell a strong odor of fuel.

I had the same thought. To much starter fluid to test for fuel smell though!! However I did pull both the relay and fuse to the fuel pump and tried to start with starter fluid. I was able to start and run it at any throttle setting doing this. So I now know I am getting to much fuel. Now the question is why? My two thoughts is the fuel pressure regulator or computer.... FYI fuel pressure ignition only is 56 and 1200rpm full throttle sorta running for 3 seconds it jumps to almost 60. From my understanding the pressure usually drops a few pounds as it is running.. Any thoughts... Thanks again

And you tried starting it with the IAC and MAF sensor unplugged right?

Not both at same time no. I did replace each one. Pulled IAC and put in new one. No change. Replaced with old one. Then pulled TPS and put in new one. No change. Put old one back in. Then pulled and replaced MAS with new one. No change. Put old one back in. Returned all three!!!!!! Before replacing i unplugged the mas and no change.

no a vac leak. FPR's usually fail by droping all pressure. Idle should be around 40 and it should hit 55ish cracking the throttle.

sounds like a vac leak. If you could scan Idle air counts or fueltrims that would help

Maybe, but I dont think that would cause to much fuel in the cylinders.
