Yes the paste is highly recommened. Helps keep the oil from wicking up and seals the LIM bolts down. LIM Bolt torque spec is 132 inch lbs. Convert that to ft lbs and you have 11 ft lbs. I did mine at 15 ft lbs cause I used the AC Delco metal gaskets.
Make sure you tighten the LIM bolts in sequence.
89 inch pounds is for the UIM, not LIM. Tighten in sequence as well.

So got it all done and put back together so far i havent seen any leaks and cant hear or notice a vac leak so i think im in the clear! Thanks for all the help guys!

So theres two hoses that become one at the throttle body and then one go to the evap pruge solenoid and the other goes to the top of the fuel pressure regulator. Does anyone have a part # for this? I tried to custom make one but its not working out well.
