    In the actual turn signal lense, but it works the exact same in the headlights. Drill a hole, suck out all the moisture and let them sit in the sun to completey dry up.

    now that I re-read your right thats not exactly what he is asking.

    But anyways, drilling a hole to prevent the melting of the lense wont do anything.
