    turbo 3800 weighs less.

    Lil late, but friend's Fiero that who knows how much money is in it had the LS1 in it, but figured out could go faster with the 3800 because it was lighter.
    SMGPFC #0330 - 3.25, Intercooled, Custom Tune, 1.84rr, LS6 Springs, roller timing chain, SLP Headers, Borla Exhaust, built Trans, B&M Trans Cooler, home cut poly uppers, gapless rings, N* TB, Ported heads.
    Soontocome: CAM?, Custom modified M112, home poured Poly Engine and Trans mounts

    uh? Serious post? A LS1 is more than 80lbs lighter than a L67.

    Shoot, maybe it was the LT1 at the time. I was thinking to myself, the LS1 is aluminum, it should be lighter. It was probably about 10 years ago when he changed to the 3800. Though I almost thought there was a cast iron version of the LS1 people use on extreme builds cause he was going for crazy power over 1000hp.
