make sure you set aside another 1,500 for install

they called me today, right axle is no good, its a brand new cardone rebuilt. He did say the trans was shifting real nice, before the clunk, clunk, clunk, from the bad axle, now its going to take longer and cost more

This doesn't make any sense, i just realized today, when i looked at my recipt from rockauto that i bought cardone select axles which are brand spanking new units. How could it be that its no good? or did i just get that lucky...

the trans cooler helps me in the winter, i have the "desert fox" cooler from 3800performance, its a nice kit, comes with a B&M core, nice heavy duty rubber hoses, and A/N fittings. In the winter though, it takes forever for it to warm up for t/c lockup. This time of year, you can do without it, since its so cold out.

    Trans flushes are iffy.

Just drop the pan, put in a new filter...and refill with Dexron VI
