It didn't feel too good haha. i hopped off the field tho. And the camera guy was just a team photographer who did all the games. We had some good ppl. one dude who started at my school is the head photographer for the MN vikings now. and he come backs for the big games and takes some pics.. he's so damn good too! his edits are insane!

oh for sure. Got a student worker there now that puts up quality pictures as well. whole school has like 3 photographers. football has at least 2 every game.. our big games we have like 4 haha.

ibuprofen is your friend and elevate that ****.. and if you can.. (this is from a retired collegiate athlete who has had their fair share of ankle/knee problems and this is the cure) get a 5 gal. bucket... fill it half.. 3/4 full of ice.. ice pellets is the best.. or if you don't.. use crushed.. used cubes as a last resort. then fill with cold water.. put your ankle in there... now it's gonna hurt like a mother ****er for about 5 mins or so.. or depends on how bad the sprain. you'll get numb in the foot and that is good. leave it in for like 15 mins and i guarantee that the ankle will feel better. check this picture out.. this is when i was a TE.. look at my ankle. that **** should be broken probably along with my acl torn and a number of other things.. that white you see on my toe.. thats a nike swoosh that was on the out side of my foot.... slush buckets saved me.. and i played the next weekend too. do this... it sucks.. but its a miracle. after ice... write the abc's with just your ankle a couple times. it'll help..

thanks Schmidt. I will have to see how its healing and such. its pretty swollen and I can't really go to the doctor lol. I got insurance but it says it doesn't cover pre existing conditions. not sure if this would qualify had preexisting

slush bucket that **** if its that swollen. seriously. you need to get that blood (swollen) out of the ankle and the doctor will tell you the same thing before they can even diagnose if something is broke or just a sprain.

slush buckets is part of the healing process! Hell.. it is the healing process.. you're body does the rest. I can tell you another way that i had done but i literally almost broke my teeth i was gritting them so hard it hurt so bad... but afterwards i was fully cured.

i don't mean to brag.. i just want to you to have fun while in the states. And just to say... i was an athletic trainer.. pre Physical therapy for my first 2 years in college before i switched..
