Most mid towers are teh suck.
Especially when you want to run a top end video card or aftermarket cooler.
Also try to see if it was built for easy assembly. Many force you to put the screws holding the expansion cards in on angles or attempting to thread in by hand etc. Little things like how the HDD's attach, removable trays etc. Watch out for plastic retainers, something to avoid. Metal on metal is preferred, but can also be stripped. But plastic tends to strip easier, or snap.
I don't understand your desire for that sound card.
If you were serious about sound, something with balanced XLR connectors would be better suited to your setup. Some have found some of the entry level USB Behringer external mixers to be decent. Otherwise, your onboard sound will do the same as that card.

This includes looking up your power supply, video card, cpu cooler, and case/case fans.
If you don't mind having a vacuum cleaner, then you should be okay.
Research on the power supply can be tricky because some of them aren't so great at providing steady power or sag too much under load and such. Things you'll never find from a standard review. You'll have to hunt for some more in depth reviews.
